Suggestions for the best way to receive the healing.
Energy healing is done weekly at the specified time. There is no need to call in or log in, just be aware that the healing is happening and blessings will come. It is best if you are able to be at home and preferably not driving during the session. If you do need to be somewhere else at that time it is okay, the light will work on your healing and is for the highest good and Divine timing.
